Human Nature Roll-On Deodorant Review

Human Nature Roll-On Deodorant 2020 Review

I’m a sweaty person. For my whole life, I’ve especially dealt with sweaty armpits that left permanent stains on my shirts. Turns out antiperspirants (which block sweat) contain aluminum, which reacts with salt (sweat), resulting in the discoloration in clothing. That’s why when I saw Human Nature Roll-On Deodorant was aluminum-free, I bought it in an instant!

(This review is not sponsored by Human Nature and is only indicative of my experience.)

Directions for use

As stated on their website:

“Shake well before using.

Apply at least 8 swipes to underarms – the wetter, the better! – and let dry.

Reapply on dry, clean skin a needed throughout the day.”

When I first used it, I followed the instruction, but over time, found swiping at least 3 times is enough to last me through the day.

Human Nature Roll-On Deodorant Price

Price was taken from the official Human Nature website. The deodorant is available in two scents, as shown below (Mine was Powder Fresh.)

ScentSizePricePrice per ml
Powder Fresh50ml‎₱119.75‎₱2.40
Petal Fresh50ml‎₱119.75‎₱2.40

Previous deodorants I’ve tried were from Milcu, Nivea, and Dove, with price ranging from ₱60 to ₱80, so the price for Human Nature’s deodorant made me hesitate buying it at first.

I’m so glad I went through with the purchase! The price is absolutely worth it, as usage lasted for over a year with no decline in quality.

Human Nature Roll-On Deodorant Ingredients

Below is the list of ingredients for Human Nature Roll-On Deodorant as indicated at the back of the product and verified on the website:

  • Aqua (water)
  • Glycerin (vegetable-derived)
  • Triethyl citrate (plant-derived)
  • Zea mays (corn) starch
  • Sodium caproyl/lauroyl lactylate (vegetable-derived)
  • Stearyl alcohol (vegetable-derived)
  • Helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil
  • Fragrance (all-natural)
  • Glyceryl stearate (vegetable-derived)
  • Glyceryl caprylate (coconut, palm and glycerin-derived)
  • Xanthan gum (plant-derived)
  • P-anisic acid (anise seed-derived)

I didn’t mention the scent since I never noticed it, but the fragrance is not that strong, which could be a good or bad thing, depending on who you ask. Personally, I don’t mind the smell or lack thereof.

Human Nature Roll-On Deodorant – Is it worth it?

Pros

  • Aluminum-free
  • Not that strong of a scent
  • Prevents stains on your clothes

Cons

  • The initial jump from the usual price range I buy deodorant

It’s hard to find aluminum-free deodorant in retail stores, you won’t have much luck there. If you’ve experienced similar issues with underarm stains on your shirts, I recommend trying this deodorant as it eliminates the problem entirely.
